At The Platinum Salon we'll enhance the Beauty you may not realize you already have.
The Platinum Salon is your premier salon located in beautiful Old Town Murrieta since April of 2000. It started as Tanya Gray Salon and received a name change to the The Platinum Salon (April of 2022), as the former owner relocated out of state with family. Now owners, Kambria and Trevor Payne, look forward to providing the most excellent service you are deserving of in a safe, fun, loving, and luxurious environment.
Policies.
At The Platinum Salon, our prices are based on the demand that our service providers have earned on their time. All of our service providers are very talented and promise to deliver an outstanding guest experience each time you visit Good Beauty.
At The Platinum Salon, some stylists may require a card on file to hold your reservation and guarantee that time for your service. If you are not comfortable leaving your card on file, we encourage you to come in as a walk-in, but we cannot guarantee that we will have availability.
Please note that we operate on a 48hr cancellation policy. Any reservation that needs rescheduling or cancellation, needs to be updated or canceled before 48 hours of your appointment. After that time, your stylist may charge 50% of the service price. Please reach out to your stylist directly if you need to make any modifications or changes.Â
The Platinum Salon gift cards are perfect for anyone on any occasion. Our gift cards can be used for purchase of any products. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash. You can purchase gift cards at our salon location. Gift cards are not transferable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash, used with other promotional offers or used to purchase another gift card. Platinum Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift cards become active 24 hours after purchase.
The Platinum Salon stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored if salon is contacted within one week of the date of service. We will do our best to get you in with your stylist as soon as possible. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on hair services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied. Please reach out to your provider directly or contact the salon if you are unable to get in touch with them first.Â
To ensure timely service for all our guests, please be aware of our late arrival policy:
Grace Period: Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their reservation shortened to fit within the remaining time slot. Please contact provider if you are running late and the providers will do their best to also contact you if they are behind.
Excessive Tardiness: If a guest arrives more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule their reservation to another available time slot. In such instances, a cancellation fee will be applied.
